Request a Quote

Submit your origin, destination, species, quantity, and travel dates via our online form or call us directly. Our animal cargo specialists respond within 2 hours with a tailored proposal and pricing.

3–7 Days Before

Documentation & Health Checks

We coordinate veterinary health certificates, CITES import/export permits, microchip verification, vaccination records, and all destination-country import requirements. Our team handles all regulatory paperwork end-to-end.

Departure Day

Crating, Collection & Check-In

Your animal is collected by our trained handlers, given a final health assessment, and placed into IATA-approved, species-appropriate travel crates. They're checked in under close supervision at the cargo terminal.

In Flight

Climate-Controlled Cargo Hold

Animals travel in pressurized, temperature-controlled cargo compartments. For multi-leg journeys, dedicated handlers ensure rest, hydration, and welfare checks at each transit point.

On Arrival
